Environment

Our integrated denim plant is completely eco-friendly. We run a waste water treatment plant which gives us Zero Liquid Discharge. Furthermore, the solid discharge will be converted to crystals and supplied for use by cement manufacturers and leather tanneries. Seven new-generation electric boilers run on Ethiopia’s clean hydro power to make our plant pollution free.

Employees

We are committed towards building a healthy and productive workforce by adopting best practices in employee welfare. Apart from providing a pleasant work environment as ordained by the Ethiopian government, we strive to build an inclusive and comfortable workplace. We provide free food and transport to all employees. We have a comprehensive training programme to constantly upgrade skills and keeping employees abreast with latest equipment and technologies. We are committed to enabling local capacity building by recruiting engineers, training them and making them future global managers.
