The spinning plant is equipped with Truetzschler Blow Room Line with foreign particles remover to provide contamination-free yarn. It is combined with six Truetzschler TC-11 Carding machines with IDF -2 and four Truetzschler TD-8 Draw Frames.
The three state of art Saurer Autocoro open end frames with multi-lot working facilities and coro-lab yarn clearer ensure consistent quality. Each machine has 480 rotors, and one frame capable of producing waxed knitting yarns.
Our yarn product range is Ne 6 to Ne 30 weaving/knitting open end yarns, with an installed capacity of 370 tons/month.
